For IMP items only, we provide a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer’s warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer’s warranty or one (1) year, whichever is less. Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items.
THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY plasmatv4less.
Plasmatv4less will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us.
Pricing Policy
Why No Price?
From time to time, we enter into Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) agreements with select suppliers in order to pass along certain benefits to our customers. According to these agreements (details vary from vendor to vendor) we can sell an item for any price, but we may not advertise that item for an amount less than the Minimum Advertised Price, which is set by the supplier. In exchange, we get advance notice about newly released products and early shipments, as well as favored status with the world’s best brands. While we abide by our MAP agreements, we always ensure that you pay the lowest price.
Payment Verification
Occasionally we may ask you to verify that you’re the card owner or that order and ship-to information are legitimate. This verification process is for your protection, rarely delays an order, and generally requires either a simple phone call (which can be done after business hours) or fax communication.
If your order requires verification, we will advise you by phone or email. This is why it’s important that you provide multiple contact phone numbers when ordering and that you keep your information current.
It is also important that you understand what we mean by bill-to information on the checkout process. The bill-to address is the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The bill-to address you give us must agree with the address that the card-issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location. We regret that they are even occasionally necessary, but these steps are designed to safeguard against credit card fraud and identity theft.
Sales Tax
Local Sales Tax: When an order is shipped within California State, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total, including any shipping charges.
Purchases in our store are subject to an 9.5% local sales tax.
If your order is shipping to an address in a state which requires local sales tax collection on remote purchases, or is being picked up in our Super Store, local sales tax will be automatically collected unless the account is registered as tax-exempt. In some cases, we may provide an estimated sales tax amount until your exact location is finalized prior to order completion.
Return & Shipping Policy
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you exchange or return your product. Please call our toll-free number 888-364-0092 for a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number. All products must be in new condition, with all original packaging and accessories. UPC codes must be intact and rebate forms unfilled. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Within 14 days of confirmed receipt of delivery you may return your order for a refund less a 10% percent restocking fee.
Any order that is refused or sent back without an RMA will be charged 10% restocking fee and the shipping and handling charge each way. If you want to cancel your order after it was shipped do not refuse shipment contact us for an RMA. Also, if you input the wrong address or leave out the apartment number and the shipper return the package to us you will be charged an 10% percent restocking fee.
Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer’s packaging in the same condition as sold, including all literature/instructions/
A refund will be issued to the original credit card or the original form of payment.
Return Policy for Defective (items):
Defective items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full credit of original price after receipt and confirmation from our warehouse that the item is indeed defective or damaged. You will not be charged a restocking fee on defective merchandise. We will gladly exchange it at no cost to you. Please note the exact problem or issue so our technician can replicate the error. If the item is found to be non-defective you will be charged a restocking fee
Return Policy for Non-Defective (items):
Non-Defective items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus a 10% percent restocking fee
Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer’s packaging in the same condition as sold, including all literature/instructions/
Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.), in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact.
Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit, reflecting any missing peripherals.
The product serial number must match the serial number in our database. maintains serial number tracking.
We require that all approved returns of computers, tablets, and similar devices have the password removed or restored to the system default.
Return merchandise must be double-boxed with no writing on the manufacturer’s box. Your Return Authorization number should be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
Extended Warranties
Extended warranty plans are registered to your unit right away, so they cannot be cancelled once purchased.
Order Policy
If the products you originally ordered are changed via phone with our sales representative during the order confirmation we will email you a new updated final invoice. Please review it carefully, to make sure you are fully satisfied and agree to the changes made, once the order has been shipped there are no price adjustments. Accepting delivery means you are confirming any changes made to order if different from original invoice and accept the price and model changes as shown on invoice attached to product upon delivery. If you have any issues with updated invoice please contact us right away because once the order is shipped there are no price adjustments
Television Policy
There are NO returns once the television is signed for by you or a consignee.
During delivery of the television it is the responsibility of you or your consignee to inspect the unit for any damage or defect. If you see any damage or defect or are not satisfied with the contents of the delivery DO NOT accept delivery, simply refuse the shipment, and note the reason on the delivery manifest. If refusal of television is due to damage, please call our customer service right away so that we can file a claim and set up an exchange promptly. Once the delivery is signed for and accepted for there are NO returns on your order.
Once you or consignee has accepted shipment and signed delivery manifest you are acknowledging that the TV was inspected for damage and defects, that you have reviewed your updated email order confirmation which was emailed to you at time of order confirmation, the shipment is as described to you at time of purchase and matched your online or phone order.
If for ANY reason at all you are not satisfied with the contents of your TV at time of delivery DO NOT accept the shipment, please refuse it because once the television is signed for there are NO returns.
If your television shows any defect after delivery, then you need contact the manufacturer, they warranty the television for the first year.
Wall-mounts and HDMI Cables are not returnable.
If your TV is shipped via SEKO freight trucking company ,Fed Ex or UPS then you must inspect the TV right away and contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of delivery , or refuse the shipment if there is any physical or internal damage. If you don’t contact us within 24 hours of delivery there are no returns or exchanges allowed.
Refusal and Cancellation Policy of a Television Order
If you for any reason you decide to cancel your order such as the order does not fit your needs, or you changed your mind while the order is en-route to you please be sure to REFUSE shipment. DO NOT sign for it because once you sign for it there are absolutely no returns.
If you are refusing the delivery of an undamaged TV or appliance you are responsible for the delivery BOTH WAYS, and a 10 percent restocking fee. Shipping charges are $200 each way. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees
Since our products are high valued and delicate in nature all orders are subject to a shipping handling and insurance charge.
You will be notified of the insurance cost at time of order confirmation and the charge will reflect on your final invoice which will be emailed to you at the time we contact you to finalize your order
Shipping to a Freight Forwarder or Logistics Company
If your order is being shipped to a freight forwarder or logistics company, we advise you to insure the package with them as well because once they receive and sign for the unit we are not responsible for any lost or damage claims.
